Apparently the ref originally gave the goal but the assistant flagged and after a word the ref over ruled him and the goal stood. Definitely could have done with the cash of a big club in the next round.

I cannot begin to tell you all how scandalous that goal was. A player was stood directly infront of Joe Day at least 10 yards offside when the shot went in. Linesman flagged and ref over ruled him. I've never seen anything like it.

Never a goal that, but i knew he was gunna give it when he went over to the linesman. Unlucky to not get a replay as we fought hard against a team two divisions above. Hopefully Yeovil will be away to Carlisle in the next round! ;)

Cheated out of a replay. That is all.

Echo the sentiments about their goal. The goal really summed up the ref. He kept giving them free kicks when it was them doing the fouling!

The goal was one an absolute shambles. How the ref can argue that their player was not in an active offside position is beyond me....

The ball was rolling towards the bottom corner, and their player (atleast 7 yards offside) was standing right in the path of the on coming ball.....he then lifted his leg up and out the way of the ball allowing it to roll through his legs and into the bottom corner....JOKE.

This offside rule really does need looking at.

Said on the radio that they doubt they'll hear from JE, apparently he has been locked in the referees room for 15 minutes.

Has the ref gone home with the key then? ;)
