Spot on DF, Of course HT could be "deep under cover" ;)

Er, I don't think there's anyone left apart from the players. You don't walk away though do you? You sit back, you take it and you hold on.

Well I'm sure there is people left :? I'm not suggesting the new owners have done anything wrong, I just know that a few people aren't partucarly happy with certain things. But no you're right, personally I would never walk away.

People say Helen bleeds Diamonds.. Well, Whilst I commend and appreciate the hard work she has put in over the last few years, she obviously doesn't if shes going to be involved with another football club on Saturday afternoons.

Totally agree twinkle.
Bills were paid late under KC, the players wages were late regularly, we got cut off electicity wise, and we had several winding up orders. People are not happy about the change of ownership? It wasn't exactly a breeze under the last Chairman was it? He did keep us going though, and that's all we ask of this stewardship.

I'll go on record and say I have no feelings either way about the new owners, I have no idea what their plans are and am looking forward to the Fans Forum - I'm just grateful we've got owners as I think KC's pockets just weren't deep enough sadly.

If you Google them, and listen to what other people on the web say, then, hmmmmm, but personally I'll make my own mind up over the coming months - I remain a glass is half full kinda guy.

Signing JE up on a new contract is a big tick in the "okay by me" box - only time will tell on all the other stuff eh?

I agree she did keep Diamonds afloat, but there are ways of doing things and she alienated a lot of people who also bled RDFC. I think the new owners have made a fresh start at board level, time will tell if that proves to be a good or bad thing, but what I can say there is one less cloud hanging over Nene Park now.
Corby are NOT a rival and I would never consider them to be.
Mad Dog, before you jump in, please see above, said possible rivals, once again time will tell ;)

I wish Helen well in her new role - and hope one day to find out the full story of this move.

It will be interesting to see how the new regime approaches the role of volunteers at the club. So far there has been no comment made, so the Fans Forum will provide answers to question-marks in this area.

in my opinion, Helen would always acknowledge the work done by fellow volunteers. but also make sure that Keith, Justin and others were aware of the efforts being made by both the group of volunteers and the Trust - who will champion this now?
