yes, but stevenson scored 32 from midfield last year and has 10 goals from 15 this year including a hat trick against us i dont think keehan beats that

JE made his views on Joe Keehan perfectly clear on Friday night, so it's not even worth discussing it.

Suffice to say that Keehan hasn't taken to full-time football the way that Justin hoped and so, isn't part of Justin's plans.
Keehan's currently on loan at Havant and Waterlooville and I wish him lots of luck there.

My point in mentioning Joe Keehan is just that the step up from BS North/South to BSP is the biggest single division leap in the game in my opinion. In most cases it's going from being a (paid) hobby to a livelihood. A player may be very impressive at a lower level but not "take to full time football". They may also do well against higher level opposition in what is effectively their cup final, particularly if that opposition is short on confidence and has obvious defensive weeknesses.
I'm not saying that we shouldn't sign Stevenson, or anyone else from a lower level, just that there is a strong chance they might be another Keehan.

to fair stevenson would be a great signing, scoring a hat-trick against us + the fact he's part time and were full time.......... if we got his fitness up he would own.
