I think it's fair to say the fans pay a part of their wages (there'd be a huge shortfall without input from the owners), but the players are employed by the football club/ owners. This gives us the right to an opinion, but the Manager gets paid to pick the team so ultimately it's his call.

I sit near the tunnel, and Justin often looks cross after a game, such as was the case yesterday. I didn't hear what the fan said, but he could have been putting petrol on the fire. At least Justin didn't head butt someone! However he should curb his language when there's kids about, we want to encourage folk and this won't help.

why cant fans of this club lighten up a bit and be thankful for what we have got
agree justin shouldnt have lost his rag but i dont blame him why do fans have to have a go all the time and question his decisions
id like to ask the fan involved..why have a pop at justin? what makes you such a tactical genius? he sounds like a right tit to me

Totally agree with this, we're lucky, we have a manager that will gladly discuss tactics in the bar after a game, he's very approachable, he's also happy to discuss things openly at a fans forum - many managers wouldn't have the bottle to do that, fans of other clubs don't have any access to their manager.Superhans wrote:why cant fans of this club lighten up a bit and be thankful for what we have got

Okay, so he swore in front of some kids, I bet he'd put his hands up and say thats wrong, but its probably nothing they haven't heard and used in the play ground anyway (or seen on the TV).
This really is a lot about nothing to be fair !! Some people like to dish it out, but don't like it when they get it back - believe it or not, Justin is only human !!

Your Work at Nene Park is obviously very much appreciated but your aggressive tone towards other members when there is any remote criticism of the club does get some people up the wrong way. ;) ;) People have opinions dont shoot them down for itwasteman wrote:sorry after all the PAID and UNPAID work i have given rdfc over the years didn't realise i had to get your acceptance to post my veiws.wewantourdarbyback wrote:Why do you still come on this board?wasteman wrote:it doesn't matter what the fan said.he is a PROFFESIONAL.if you went in strikers and said somthing to a member of staff that they didn't like and they replied with an answer you didn't like whether they weren't feeling well or not i bet you wouldn't just go away and not report them.or say somthing on here. the times i've had to defend staff and been told the FANS pay the wages.

Shame JE swore but hey those without sin etc... and even professionals loose it sometimes in the heat of the moment.
I went the fans forum on Friday night and I can say that JE conducted himself admirably and I was taken by his honesty, forthrightness and humour. We have had much worst managers - in fact all but one..! ;)

I love when people twist words. You're welcome to your view, I'd not stop anyone voicing their opinion. However I've never seen you voice a positive opinion and you only spring up when there's a chance to slag someone at the club off.wasteman wrote:sorry after all the PAID and UNPAID work i have given rdfc over the years didn't realise i had to get your acceptance to post my veiws.wewantourdarbyback wrote: Why do you still come on this board?
