Phew......
Re: Phew......
On the scale of things that's happening to our club, does it really matter about the Graham Westley incident. I think not.

I guess that Cloverdale will probably attend just to hear what the Beasants have to say.

Not sure Cloverdale would be that bothered about what is said.
They've set the laws of the land in motion, with a winding up order in place they'll either get their money before the court date or they'll be able to get what they are owned when the club is wound up and the liquidators come in.

Re: Phew......
But if their actions bust the club then they won't get 100% of what they are owed, a bit like biting off the hand that feeds them because they haven't been paid for feeding us, in other words everyone gets fed up.
Re: Phew......
They should get 100%, even if they don't they'll probably still get more then the club can pay right now.
Cloverdale issued the winding up order so they would be first in line to get the revenues from what ever the liquidators could sell from within Nene Park.
From their point of view they've got nothing to lose.

Our solicitors have now done the appropriate paperwork to support the Cloverdale petition in respect of the £60k the Club owe me. It was due back to me mid January but despite assurances have not been paid a penny yet.
I understand a couple of other creditors are joining it too.
