A decent caring Chairman would have given some feedback, even if it was just a basic comment like we arrived, we spoke, we await outcome which we will know on such and such a date!
I have absolutely zero confidence in this particular pairs management style and competence to convince anyone on any matter after their short but disastrous tenure with Diamonds!
I can only hope those waiting in the wings made their intentions known and await the Beasants departure before they show their cards!

What gets me is seeing our players gradually going

Yeah me too - seeing some of the backbone of our team depart is heartbreaking.

Don't forget though that this team was totally hopeless. We won 6 games after October. When Howe and Stuart left, if we'd have had that team from the start of the season we'd have been in a relegation battle. I'm disappointed to see certain players leave - O'Connor, Charles, Power (if it happens) - because these are players that could form a good side, but seeing Miller, Jamie Day, Johnson etc leave, sorry but... see ya!
IF we're around next season, it'll be interesting and exciting to see us bring in an entirely new squad. I've got faith in JE that he'll sign some crackers.

I don't even mind that some of them were rubbish, it's still horrible seeing them all go, especially as they were loyal and carried on playing. Some even waited to see if we could carry on before signing with other clubs. There was a togetherness that I haven't seen in previous squads.

I guess some of them may not get other clubs, as a local governement worker I have seen 20% of staff go last year, with more this year and even more next year - when you consider that we the fans are struggling too I sympathise with the players who cant find a club!
Under Brian Talbot all of the players had the opportunity to do level 2 and 3 coaching qualifications at the club as a sort of fall back, I'm not sure that many of the most recent players have had that opportunity.
Perhaps the younger ones could sign up for PB vevelopments or footballCV.

Erm, a decent caring Chairman wouldn't have run the club to the brink of extinction just 6 months after receiving it debt free.
The lack of communication is the least of my gripes with the Beasants!
