Criminals lie in court all of the time and sometimes they even get away with it, never seen a bank robber being put away for lying though, it's usually for robbing the bank.

KC says they do exist but won't invest if we are not in the Conference Premier and that depends on whether or not we are allowed to appeal and then they appeal works - unlikely in his opinion.

So basically KC and us could have paid off the immediately required debt before the AGM then we would have got investment as we'd still be in the conference. KC said this Japanese company were prepared to pay off the 750,000 so why didn't KC pay off the debt and then take the money back off he JAPS?????? What a load of bull.

I guess it clearly did not suit KC to do so. As said elsewhere, did he sell the club to the Besants knowing their pedigree?

Let us hope that no-one goes to watch KTFC at Nene Park and KC does not get his rent paid. There is no way on earth I could ever step inside the stadium again the way I feel now.

He sold the club the the Beasants "debt free". He then demanded all of his money back, he set them up IMO.

£250k rent being asked for, yup he did them good and proper. Although I do wonder if they made any money out of it themselves, with things like the Joe Day transfer.

Yeah I agree, if we're continuing along the lines of conspiracy theory there had to be something in this for them.
