Personally, I would like the name to be as close to Rushden & Diamonds as possible... But it may need to be weighed up against the much greater fan base that could be generated from "East Northants" or such a name, and may then make it more sustainable should higher divisions ever be reached?

I actually prefer FC Rushden & Diamonds over AFC Rushden & Diamonds but either of those would be fine

for me it would be either
FC Diamonds, nickname The Rushden
or
FC Rushden, nickname The Diamonds

Not too keen on FC Diamonds tbh, would rather the place name than the nickname/2nd half of the original name but then again I'd usually refer to the club as 'Diamonds' to people rather than 'Rushden' so its a tricky one.
I guess when it comes to actually deciding a name we'll all vote on it??
