We'll do a live video feed, so they can sit in the car park. ;)AndyKirkup wrote:What about all the people who haven't been on the forum or SaveRDFC site in the last 24 hours? The Godfather wrote:I doubt all 200 would be able to make it.

Re: pheonix club meeting?
No but that 200 isn't everyone just the people who are on this site or have checked saverdfc site. I'd like to think we'd get at least the 150 capacity if as many people as possible know about it, so somewhere larger may be needed I think just in case. The Godfather wrote:I doubt all 200 would be able to make it.

sorry mate not being funny and if you have things in hand then great stuffAndyKirkup wrote:I appreciate your enthusiasm, it's very welcome, but a meeting does need to have a proper agenda and at least a few days worth of notice for people to make arrangements to attend.Superhans wrote:ive dropped you an email already, i just dont want to wait for an email back in the comming weeks i want to get on it, get the word out to as many as posible and get organised
have you sorted a venue yet?
The statement may seem a little vague but we can't commit to anything just yet because we haven't contacted all the relevant people.
Rest assured that we do not need prodding to get our skates on as they are already on!
If you would like to help, PM me.

Re: pheonix club meeting?
Im currently training as a PE Teacher at Wollaston School, the sports hall would be big enough? I could put in a word. Or would we need a bar, toilets etc?

Re: pheonix club meeting?
Any date in mind for the meeting, are we going to wait til after RDFC is wound up/liquidated or are we looking to arrange it for as soon as possible?

Re: pheonix club meeting?
Windmill can offer next Thursday (probably too soon?) or certain Wednesdays for a capacity of 250 people.

Sounds great, although I'd say a week might be a bit short notice. The Godfather wrote:Windmill can offer next Thursday (probably too soon?) or certain Wednesdays for a capacity of 250 people.

Re: pheonix club meeting?
Well we were given less than one days notice for the FF last night, albeit one had been arranged and then cancelled before that.
I don't see next week as a problem unless we don't have all the relevant information from Northants FA, and further information such as a potential new home, etc. If we can't enter a team next season then there is no serious rush.
