What about all the people who haven't been on the forum or SaveRDFC site in the last 24 hours?

We'll do a live video feed, so they can sit in the car park. ;)

No but that 200 isn't everyone just the people who are on this site or have checked saverdfc site. I'd like to think we'd get at least the 150 capacity if as many people as possible know about it, so somewhere larger may be needed I think just in case.

have you sorted a venue yet?
I appreciate your enthusiasm, it's very welcome, but a meeting does need to have a proper agenda and at least a few days worth of notice for people to make arrangements to attend.

The statement may seem a little vague but we can't commit to anything just yet because we haven't contacted all the relevant people.

Rest assured that we do not need prodding to get our skates on as they are already on!

If you would like to help, PM me.
sorry mate not being funny and if you have things in hand then great stuff

Im currently training as a PE Teacher at Wollaston School, the sports hall would be big enough? I could put in a word. Or would we need a bar, toilets etc?

Any date in mind for the meeting, are we going to wait til after RDFC is wound up/liquidated or are we looking to arrange it for as soon as possible?

Windmill can offer next Thursday (probably too soon?) or certain Wednesdays for a capacity of 250 people.

Sounds great, although I'd say a week might be a bit short notice.

agree you need to give at least 10 days notice for word of mouth to get round

Well we were given less than one days notice for the FF last night, albeit one had been arranged and then cancelled before that.

I don't see next week as a problem unless we don't have all the relevant information from Northants FA, and further information such as a potential new home, etc. If we can't enter a team next season then there is no serious rush.
