Just a word of warning, any badges that use the original as a basis are likely to be in breach of the existing trademark. I would suggest that 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 fall into this category.
The current trademark still exists and will potentially continue to do so even once the club is wound up.
If I'd known that I would have done something else

Yes it's a shame if that's the case as you've wasted your time.
Still, it's not a definite. If I had have been told I wouldn't have included them in the vote, but if i was to delete them now the whole vote would reset.

Difficult decision for me, but in the end I went for 5, though I may very well change my mind when it comes to the actual vote as I'm still undecided about the phoenix.

I didn't spend overly too much time on them but yeah, it was a bit of a waste if thats the case.
Surely we can ask for permissions or something if the miracle that it actually did win.
Once they are chosen are they going to be fine-tuned? because most look like they've been made on paint atm.. it would be nice to have it 3D shiney type like this..

Like 12 but 17 for me as I think the river is important in the badge - it is both the difference and the link between Rushden and Diamonds...

So exactly who would spend time and effort trying to sue AFC Rushden & Diamonds for possible infringement of a trademark? Personally, I don't think the new committee would need to lose any sleep over this issue as all badges produced in this poll differ from the existing R&DFC badge in many respects.

It's number 12 for me, just wish it had Resurgere Ex Cineribus at the bottom then it would look quality...but either way it still gets my vote!!

Finally got time to contribute.
Sorry I didn't have time to improve on my original design but to be fair even if I did it wouldn't have been as good as Number 12, really really like it.
It ticks all the boxes for a logo, I love it.

i personally think that 12 has to be the winner! a clear change from existing R&DFC but maintains all that OUR club is about. I do think however we needed more rariety like i said before the more 'modern' badge of recent years has gone back to a classic style such as man city, sunderland etc... but you could argue that stoke, posh etc have taken the same line that we are heading for with simplicity!! either way the work, effort and even thought going into something like the badge let alone everything else is amazing!!
