I hope not, but that would just prove that they were never true Rushden & Diamonds fans.

Just so this isn't accused of being a "K*ttering Match Thread"

Lets talk about how our ex-players got on.

I see Sam smith scored for Lincoln, Rene Howe scored for Torquay... Alan Power got booked for Lincoln?

Any others?

K*ttering got under over 2000, with around 500 from Newport! Not exactly stunning numbers

-Max Porter featured in AFC Wimbledons 2-0 win, although didn't score, and was taken off after 67 minutes.

-No place in Creepy Crawley's team for Jamie Day during their 2-0 win, No sign of Gary Mills in Bath City's side either...

- Ryan Charles & Michael Gash played for Cambridge... Gash coming off the bench.

- Nabil Shariff came off the bench for Tamworth.

All I can find for now.... Phew!!!

I was just about to mention about that. 2000 fans there and the game had to be delayed? :?

That attendance amused me. So if 1000 of those are KTFC ST holders, 500 are away support, then only 500 floaters have come down to watch the historical first game. Bearing in mind that RDFC is dead, Northampton were away, Corby were away.... hmmmmm.

IL was claiming the attendance would be 2500, and on the radio before the game they said they were expecting 3000!

Still, good result for them to be honest.
