Now then BR basically it is a constitution which ensures the club is run for the benefit of the community and has built into it that no one can asset strip (when we get any!!) the club and things like any profit made is by law put back into the club.
It protects the club for the community.

Of course there are many more things included, however I believe the constitution will be available for all club members

you don't have to have a paypal account. i paid mine by credit card through their site.

How have people found signing up so far (or anyone you know who has)?

It was very easy, and I got a confirmation email very quickly. It's certainly a step ahead of the old R&DFC Trust process which used to have that form you couldn't fill in electronicially, and which required tiny handwriting, especially for email addresses.

I agree, done it myself within a few minutes - quick and easy, everyone should do it

Very easy and efficient. The only thing that i picked up on is that you cannot choose the amount for an additional donation, im not sure if this is possible? There are options for £3, £10, £20 and £50 i think but it would be good if people could choose how much they want to donate. E.g £5 or £100 for example.

I think its just that there were only so many options available when they set it up, but I'm not technically gifted so I'll leave it to those who are to explain better. If people want to donate more than the selected options all they need to do is drop money in the bucket at games, or write us a cheque - all gratefully received

Please try to remember the older generation who don,t use a PC and those like myself who just want to pay my money into someones hand and get a membership card in return. I know there was talk about the old supporters computer data held by the old RDFC and someone was going to try to salvage it,was it succesfull ? Many old fans out there who are not PC users haven,t a clue about the trust membership scheme and the hard work being done by all involved for which I congratulate all concerned.

Obviously the new AFC committee are relying on the OWS and this forum to publicise the AFC membership scheme. However, I suspect they will also publish details in forthcoming match programmes to enable those, without access to the internet, to join the scheme by filling in a form and paying by cash or cheque.
