All the best in your game away at Eynesbury tomorrow.

3rd v 4th.

Looks to have the making of a very close encounter. The thing for me is you are creating chances, (albeit no taking them at the moment), but if you keep making the chances sooner or later they must start to go in.

Eynesbury are a very well organised side, who play good football. Its a lovely pitch to play on so ive been told.

Long long way to go in the league yet, too early to be worried because you only drew 1-1 in your last 2 games. All teams will have a blip along the way. If your not playing well and still picking up a point or two, then those points may become very important come the end of the season.

All the best for your game tomorrow.

If that's the case it should suit us IMO.

I agree and think that the surface of the pitch at the Dog n' Duck does our style of football no favours. This, I would add, is not be taken as a criticism of all the people working so hard on the pitch and I have full confidence that with Paul Knowles now on board we should see an improvement to the pitch next season.

I was told there was a Dog Show on it in early summer that delayed pre-season preparation.

Am I right in thinking that Eynesbury Rovers were featured on TV, regarding a dispute with a resident?

I seem to remember the resident wanted one of the bushes surrounding their ground, to be trimmed, because it stopped sunlight from getting in their garden, but the chairman refused because it stopped them losing balls.

I may be wrong, but the name rings a bell.
