Same as Tuesday night, went 3 up and never really threatened in the second half, this time letting in a couple. Harrowby looked a better side than Raunds but we should have made this more comfortable. I thinks Starms may have thought this game was won by throwing on subs at 3-0 but a wins a win!

Really good once we scored, we played some great stuff but the second half imo wasn't good enough and we could have been ruing a 3 goal lead lost right now if Harrowby had put one of their other chances away, but still another 3 points is what matters. Gearing looked very promising to me, even if he wasn't really in the game very much.

Couple of comments though, not moaning, but was there a problem with the PA in the second half and also was it me or were the floodlights a little bit dim today?

Anybody thought it all went a bit wrong with subs, up until then it was professional job. We just need to learn to play both halves.

Newman is starting to look like some player.

Pitch is in really bad shape, i think its going to be more sand and mud than grass.

Oh, and its great to have more at our game than the nomads

Their first goal was a great strike and Newman's finish was nice. We roll on.
