May get to see him Tue then as in the absense of a midweek game for us it may have to be Bedford Town V Hemel Hempstead.

So he was supposed to sign after international clearance, from a club clearly on the up to sileby??
Am a missing something. Was this the clubs decision to release him or did the player actually decide to go to sileby? Disappointing

Oh well you can't miss what you never had, would seem strange if the player was pushing it, near bottom of Div against near top & in last 32 of national Cup. Total lack of ambition, doesn't think he's good enough or Nat L is his football advisor.
Anyone going to the Eagles tonight as no Tue game, see how bad Bedford, & good Hemel are. Spoilt for choice, St Neots V Huntingdon in HSC Barton R V Kempston BSC as well as a few games in UCL 1.

It was six weeks ago that he initially was going to sign for us at a time when we needed players, since then we have signed Bunting, Ling. and Ellwood.
So we probably don't need him now and Sileby certainly do!! It seems only fair and sensible to let the guy go where he may get a game.

Well me and AN other went to Bedford last night, and what a pile of poooooh they served up. We beat them pre season and without doubt would beat them again now.
With top of the table Hemel visiting a massive 191 turned up to watch at £10 a pop, no proper beer only Eagle Smooth, though food was good. On the pitch The Eagles are in for a very long hard winter & Hemel didn`t break sweat to win 3-0. Tommy Berwick came on and set up 2 goals for Ben Mackey within 10mins who got all 3. The was an old favourite from NP on display  one Daniel (Danny) Talbot & I can confirm little has changed, he still looks about 15, couldn`t pass a stationary car and has little or no idea of anything football related, presume BT was there somewhere as Daniel got 90mins
Worth a visit though, if for no other reason than to remind us how lucky and spoilt we are for £6.

Elliot Dent is also with Sileby now.
