Well maybe it was a bad day for Bedford (and tbf they certainly weren't the best team we've played this season), but considering they were above us in the table prior to kickoff, to completely dominate and convincingly beat them like we did today shows we're surely genuine promotion contenders at this point, all over the pitch we were better than them and we looked very good going forward with numerous chances being created. Perhaps the finishing could do with some work, we could and probably should have won by more, but a really strong performance today by everyone and I agree that Berwick may have been MOTM, he had a great day today and I feel Joseph justified his starting place too. Hoban had another solid performance too, teams really struggle to deal with him, my only gripe with him would be that he can be a bit selfish at times and shoots when the better option would be to lay it off.

2nd in the table right now, feeling good about the rest of the season at this point, we seem to be getting better every game :D

Very, very impressive performance. Bedford were poor but we worked hard to make them look like that. All round the pitch the lads were on top and never switched off. Quigley is looking really effective in the middle of the park, great fitness levels and always looking around him to cover anyone out of position.

We look a very well drilled outfit and super motivated - credit must go to Peaksy and his coaching team.

That was a top class performance from start to finish, and such a contrast to the first half on Saturday. I thought Tommy Berwick had his best game for the club, and agree that Quigley is starting to produce the form I've seen him demonstrate for other clubs. Bunting had another good game too, and I think both central midfielders were helped by there always being a wide player ready to take a pass if they wanted to spread play.

The defence was solid, apart from the mix-up that almost saw a spectacular own-goal from 35 yards.

Now all we need to sort out are our throw-ins on the right!

That will improve if Delroy Gordon becomes a regular fixture at right back. I've seen him at Corby being able to deliver a decent long throw.

Brilliant display all over as others have said. Scott Joseph really added something to the team, we looked so much more threatening today with him in the side. Special mention for Berwick also who was great.

Aylesbury at home later this month will be very interesting as they look to have carried on where they left off last season. I'm yet to see anybody to fear.
They say we've lost our money we're not famous anymore.....

Without doubt, that is the best we have played for a long time. The team seemed to gel and realise that if they take their time, press the opposition, we will get our rewards. This season is going to be really close in terms of being in a position to challenge for promotion. I think we have enough about us to cope with injuries or any absences.. A great team performance.

I have to admit, watching Tommy Berwick last season, I found myself wondering why Peaksy signed him.

This season however, he's impressing me the more I see him!
I think a full pre-season has done wonders for him, which was the general opinion on him, last season.

Great cross to set up Scotty for the goal, who was rightly chosen as man of the match, in my opinion.

Bedford were poor throughout, they really didn't seem to have a clue how to deal with Hoban.
