It looks like the decision to move the forum was an even wiser one than I thought. Poppynet has now closed down completely following big problems at the Hosting Company, resulting in a loss of both the live forum and all of the backups they had paid the hosting company to create and look after for them. Had we still been with them we could have lost so much valuable historic information.

The afcdiamondsforum.uk domain name is registered with 123-reg, the company that saw 67 of their servers wiped including backups.

Thankfully the hosting is on my own dedicated server in Higham Ferrers
