What a wonderful World Cup that was, it's been so good that people will forget all that human rights stuff they were protesting about before it started.
I hope FIFA scrap this hideous rule where referees/linesmen don't blow/flag for obvious offsides until the player chases the ball down and shoots. It is a waste of energy that the player could have used on 88 minutes to score a winning goal instead of having cramp.
They tried to crack down on time wasting by adding lots of extra time in the earlier rounds but surely officials letting players run for balls that are clearly offside is also time wasting.
