Those of you who have emailed me will either have received an email from me asking for payment for the first player we’re going to sponsor, or one to acknowledge your pledge towards a second.

I’ve just sent the money over to the club for the first player sponsorship from ‘The fans from The Diamonds Forum’! Thank you everyone for paying up promptly. We’ll never agree on who to sponsor, so I’m going to leave it to Alex to allocate us someone - he’ll tell us who it is shortly.

Just two more needed for the second player which is a great effort - any takers?? Email me on diamondpigman@aol.com if you’ve a tenner or two burning a hole in your pocket!!

I meant to say - this is for home and away sponsorship and I have paid the whole £100 collected to the club.

That’s two players now sponsored by fans of this forum, that’s a great effort everyone. Once I’ve received the final payments I’ll get the money over to the club immediately.
