I keep hearing that the tax due to be paid by the 2nd April is approximately £40k but didn't Ladak arrange with their shirt sponsor, ID Medical, to make a payment on account to HMRC when the hearing for the winding up petition was deferred?Biggles wrote:........... to raise sufficient funds to pay off HMRC first 40 odd grand bill.

Seems only so much was paid just to stave the tax man off for a few weeks.

Don't think anyone knows. A payment on account was obviously paid from monies advanced by ID Medical but there no is news on Ploppynet concerning the likelihood of a favourable outcome on the 2nd April. Perhaps George has a plan? :roll:wewantourdarbyback wrote:That article is dated February 6... What's the situation now?

Take out the leicester fans and just proves the fans have given up, probably only just covered the cost of putting the lights on.

I see the Poppynet clan have finally twigged this might be an issue. One hopes the average Poppies fan is a bit smarter than the group on Poppynet, as they need their wits about them if they are to save their club.Biggles wrote:The other news is that Kettrin i believe have just broken the Football Conference Sponsorship rules by agreeing a deal with a rival Betting company for sponsorship of their match with Stockport.
Blue square have i think an exclusive deal and will not be happy bunnies with Kettrin.
