I keep hearing that the tax due to be paid by the 2nd April is approximately £40k but didn't Ladak arrange with their shirt sponsor, ID Medical, to make a payment on account to HMRC when the hearing for the winding up petition was deferred?Biggles wrote:........... to raise sufficient funds to pay off HMRC first 40 odd grand bill.
Don't think anyone knows. A payment on account was obviously paid from monies advanced by ID Medical but there no is news on Ploppynet concerning the likelihood of a favourable outcome on the 2nd April.
