Well He had retired to take up golf, so maybe he's not costing that much. But I'd imagine he would have had many potential bigger offers

I feel this is more cleaning up a mess move than a loss, like Charlie Black he's one of the unfit due to rarely playing this season or hadn't played at all this season until he joined, when you are in a relegation battle you can't afford to be carrying passengers. Completely agree, nothing against the guy but I was certainly confused at signing him considering he hasn't played all season at a time where we were in desperate need for players to just come straight in, and he has unsurprisingly taken a while to build match fitness. He has a few good moments like his goal against Kings Langley but appeared well off pace and below standard for this level unfortunately.

Just hope this means there is someone already lined up to take his place cause we have been ridiculously weak up front this season.
