I heard the guy who reposessed Rockingham Roads ground is now looking for a new football tenant as the land prices are too low so therefor doesnt want to sell.
What is the odds that K*ttering will be in the southern league back at Rockingham Road before the start of the new season.

I see the new K*ttering club are entering the NSYL next season, I also saw a story in the ET this week where a group of ex Ploppies fans have been following the FA cup rounds instead of going to NP.
I can assure you that K*ttering FC are NOT members of the NSYL next season!
As soon as I saw the article in the ET yesterday I contacted them requesting they retract that statement as it gives players a false impression of what level they will be playing at.
KFC made a tentative enquiry to join the NSYL (as AFC R&D did to start with) and were told that they would only be accepted into the league if they played home matches on a ground of Step 6 level or above.
Their intention as I understand it is to play home games on a pitch at the K*ttering Buccleuch Academy - Weekley Glebe to you and me! - and have obtained Daventry United`s old lights and two stands.
This, of course, would not satisfy entry into the NSYL as it is not a UCL or above level.
The NSYL caught a cold with ON Chenecks, who were allowed into the league in 2011 on a 3G pitch initially for 3 months until the lights opposite at the ON`s ground were installed - they still haven`t gone up!!

I see Colin Peake has left Forest Green in order to take up a bigger role at the Conference. Given my conversations with him this time last year I know he'll be on the ball when the Conference review the state of play at their various member clubs.

Buccleuch? Sounds like something I'd do if I ever had the misfortune of having to watch K*ttering play!

I bow to your greater knowledge of the situation, I perhaps should have clarified it was only as reported by the ET.

I like how "Super April" has now suddenly turned into "Super May". I'm sure that'll turn into "Super June" and "Super July". Not that they're desperate or anything...

Did anyone see the 'letter' apparently written by Ladick to Dennis Strudwick saying he's no longer involved? Didn't look to me if IL had written it, not his style, and wouldn't surprise me one bit if Sausage had written it. ;)
