Even Mark Severn, KTFC Trust Chairman, is saying that administration is a real possibility.

One thing I just thought: Maybe Rolls thinks that "the Venue" is easily sustainable, but football isn't. So maybe he'll rent "the Venue" for £150k p.a and just try and make money that way and forget football. Without the football side of things to haemorrhage cash I'm sure NP could still turnover >£150k p.a through conferencing etc. It's clear that football will never be profitable there anyway so it would only be stupid from a business point of view to keep it going.

If I am correct in my belief that, as a club director, two incidences of either a CVA or administration automatically results in that individual failing the FA's "fit and proper person" requirements, I would assume that the completion of GR's takeover will be delayed until either process has been adopted at KTFC.
If either a CVA or administration is invoked after he has officially taken over and is a director of the club he would then - correct me if I'm mistaken - automatically be barred from continuing as a director as a result of his earlier invoked 'creditor incidents' at other clubs

That would be correct but he could just do a Steve Beasent and act as an advisor to that other bloke.

Do you think the FA wuld take into consideration that IL sent an email to the Conference confirming he is no longer involved at KTFC, and it's been well publicised that GR is effectively acting as a director, even though legally he is not ?

I'll post this again since a few posts from this thread posted last evening have disappeared. :o

Make of this what you will since this new company was registered just a few days after Sausage informally took up the reins. Furthermore it is the only company that he is now a director.
