I see they are turning on each other again, with the KTFC fans having a go at anyone who mentions KFC, when in all probability, they will have to support KFC in the future 8-)

I see there is a thread on the Poppy Net forum about Rockingham Road memories. I've never been allowed to post on there but there can only be one memory surely :D

Interesting article from Westwood in the Chron...

http://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/sport ... -1-3867269

This is the quote that interests me:

"To be honest, the club isn’t in a position to be able to name a new manager,” Westwood said.

“They need to get through to that meeting on June 9 and find out what division they are going to be in.

“From my point of view, other opportunities came up and it was a question of hanging on or taking one of those opportunities. I think I have done the right thing.

“I am disappointed because I put a lot of effort into the job at the end of last season and I believe I could have made a go of it.

“But the club’s future is the most important thing and I feel sorry for the new owners because the fans don’t seem to be very enthusiastic.

“Even when they came in and secured the immediate future, there was no real buzz around the place which I found strange."

I take from this that Rolls hasn't a cat in hells chance of raising the bond and they are almost certainly SPL bound.

This is the bit that makes me chuckle though: "But the club’s future is the most important thing and I feel sorry for the new owners because the fans don’t seem to be very enthusiastic.

“Even when they came in and secured the immediate future, there was no real buzz around the place which I found strange." To be honest though would you be "buzzing" if Rolls dropped in to your club with not a pot to piss in?

Busy evening of office admin tonight but I'm looking forward to being entertained by the fall out from the Mickey Mouse Fans Forum at Nene Park tonight.

I'm going for a 50/50 split between those who were taken in by what Rolls is going to say and those who will leave the meeting not believing a word of it

Winner of funniest Poppy Net post of the week goes to Digidecor

There have been so many topics on here re our future

This got me thinking, there were 15,000 fans at Wembley so under the right circumstances we have the support to thrive, its just that with mis managment by owners we are simply falling from one crisis to another.

Buckets have been rattled and they have cost the fans with no reward, the club is still on the edge.

Lets put all the arguments, Outside K*ttering, Splinter Clubs to one side for a minute.

i) If you could buy a piece of K*ttering Town FC that would create real fan ownership would you?
I think you'll find 13,800 of them only went because it was at Wembley

Head over to @JonDunhamET for updates on Twitter - reasonable turnout so far apparently.
