1726: BREAKING NEWS: LIVERPOOL ANNOUNCE THEY HAVE AGREED A FEE FOR NEWCASTLE STRIKER ANDY CARROLL
Probably around 40m then im guessing
Sky Sports reckon £35 million has been agreed, also personal terms have been agreed. Charlie Adam is literally on his way to Liverpool.
David Villa cost £34 million...hmm.

£14million for Charlie Adam now. That's 700k in Holloway's pocket.

If your'e reffering to the £14 million for Charlie Adam. Then I disagree, he has been (in my opinion) one of the top three players in the premier league this season.

Apparently the deal for Torres has been agreed at £50 million, just pending a medical now.

I'm referring to the ludicrous amounts of money being spent on footballers - they are just men who are pretty good at kicking a ball about after all; they're not saving anyone's life or curing cancer - it's obscene, totally obscene. If these deals go through, Premiership clubs will have spent over £200m
It's daft, and that's from a life-long football fan :(

The fee for Caroll is obscene! Especially when you compare it to 7 mil for Hernandez!! Too much money being spent panicking over quickly bringing in a replacement for Torres...
