Thanks for everything Justin, you brought excitement levels back to Nene Park, similar to when we were moving up the leagues. Reaching the play offs was a great achievement, and will be held up there with the best memories! The squad you put together was fantastic. Good luck in the future. You will do very well for yourself.

As many others have already said we wish Justin all the very best.

Was great having you here whilst it lasted, and hopefully formed a good foundation for your future career as a top Manager, which no doubt many of the fans here will follow with interest. Is unusual to hear a manager talking after games and seeing the game as we did from the terraces, always honest and to the point as well.

I would like to Thank Justin for everything he has done. He is a genuinely nice guy and has been a pleasure to know and work with. He has also been a fantastic support to me too over my financial issues with the club.

We should also remember that through all this time when he has shown such loytalty to the club he has not been paid his wages for something like ten weeks now. In fact I think he has been treated appallingly and has had about as much information as the fans have.

Good luck for the future Justin. I have no doubt you will go on to be a succesful manager.

Justin obviously brought some fantastic football to NP, and success that a whole host of other managers could not even have dreamed of with the budget he had. He is probably the best manager we have had in our history.

The thing for me is his incredible devotion to the club. Most other managers would have jumped ship (I'm not criticising those that would, as many of the players have, just commenting) as soon as the problems arose and their contracts were up. To only be thinking of leaving now shows an incredible devotion that we can only applaud.

Justin. I hope you go on to be the best manager you can, and that you reach the highest level. You have been a very true servant to RDFC, and whenever you return, in whatever capacity, I will applaud you for the work you have put in over the last three years.

Thank you.

I was in a tough place at the time but following the team home and away got me through it and the football genuinely was a joy to watch.
I'll echo this. Getting through the last couple of years was much easier with the prospect of Justin's football to watch every week. :)
We forgive you even though the last time we played KTFC at Nene Park, they beat us
We'll repay the favour in two seasons time! ;)
