Next season
Re: Next season
You've hit the nail on the head Formic.
This is an open forum, so I would urge everyone to think carefully about what they are posting especially if it's an "I've heard..." type of post. There is a lot of hard work going on behind the scenes with regard to next season and it would be a shame if careless talk on here were to hinder the progress that's being made.

I laughed at the idea at the time....
It's at times like these, when delicate negotiations are likely to be taking place, that careless postings of an "I have been told" nature, that aren't backed up by published statements, might snooker a possible deal, or guarantee a problem occurs that might otherwise be avoided.
Appologies, this remark was made in jest by an official of a UCL club, who would have no more idea of the situation than I do.
I am still however surely allowed to hold, and state, an opinion that any St Neots move would be a disaster.
As for Wellingborough, I would think our fan base is almost as high there as in East Northants. If Raz could find us a ground in Earls Barton that would do for me

Haydn Morgan! Top Bloke, really passionate about his football, was an old manager of mine, told us if we'd win our first 10 games on the bounce he'd bleach his hair blonde. 11 games into the season and there he was on the sidelines looking like a chubby version of Alan Smith

A true outlaw finds the balance between the passion in his heart and the reason in his mind. The outcome is the balance of might and right.
