One of the main reasons that you see alot of new catering staff faces was the fact that we were catering for 3000 and not the usual 1200 so extra new staff had to be drafted in , some i believe work at the sports centre usually. All of them are employed on a match day only, ie about 5 hrs a fortnight and some have now gone onto full time jobs and jobs with more hours. you will find in all the catering industry there is a high turn over of staff. I think that answers some of the questions raised
