Make that 2-1 Huntingdon.
Looks like we are fighting for third now!

Once again I say it. Whoever arranged the two games Spalding/Huntingdon for the last week wants shooting!! Gifted Huntingdon 6 points

I said after our game against spalding that they looked nowhere near the side that we saw earlier in the season. Deeping will beat them too, we should have done the same a couple of weeks back.

IMO. Huntingdon have been the best team we've played all season and so I can only congratulate them on achieving 2nd place - it's thoroughly deserved!!

Looking forward to Pat's astute destruction of his own players following another humiliating defeat. ;)

Surely now that he's said that his players no longer deserve to play for Spalding, what next? Pillories? Execution? Exile to Droitwich?

Well I may be wrong, but I assume at least one of the games would have been scheduled for when it actually matters, but the weather may have postponed them. But yeah, very annoying, I would have been very interested to see how a game between those 2 would have played out if it had mattered, still would have been close no doubt though.

We cant moan too much, Huntingdon beat us twice and even three times if you include the cup game. Shows that they are worthy of second spot, whereas we dropped silly games at home to the likes of Desborough and PNS. Frustrating like already said, but even more so if runners-up would have meant promotion
