Do you think PNS can get anything out of the Wisbech midweek game?
On their day they can - but in truth I expect them to lose against a very good Wisbech side. I also expect Wisbech to get nothing next Saturday ;)

That said - PNS's away record is better than their home one - we live in hope :)

I also think that Wisbech will win that one, it would be nice if PNS took someone out of the game, :D

Looking forward to big game next week and I want to enjoy it, 8-)

Pigman wrote:To be fair to diamondal, who I know, he probably doesn't use Twitter and Facebook and as Radio Diamonds is broadcast across the web, is most likely only to look on here for a score update (plus like me yesterday not everyone can listen when they may want to) people normally do pop something up on here during the game when the Internet connection allows.

Not everyone is as conversant with technology as you or I so cut people some slack eh? My 87 year old
Mum only knows how to access one website and that the one she's comfortable with using!

The one thing we do all have in common is a love for our team :)
I'm happy to write a simple guide for how to listen to Radio Diamonds if people are unable to be confident and conversant in how to access it?

I despise Facebook and Twitter, but i too am happy to write easy instructions on how to view the Twitter page, I think you could do it in 2 stages. Do people know that you don't need to be signed up to use the Twitter page? That's not a pi#stake, just in case you didn't know, no you don't have to be signed up.. Not just diamond al, but there have been other comments here regarding the score during games.

FFS it's not about a simple guide. Not everybody is on Twitter or facebook. I know for certain that this particular supporter is a man of a few years. patronizing him isn't goimg to make him want to listen to you anyway, is it?

It wasn't intended to be patronizing and I apologise if it appeared that way. Radio Diamonds is different to facebook and twitter and can be easily accessed by following this link http://tunein.com/radio/Radio-Diamonds-s45696/ and clicking play, designed specifically for easy use for anyone of any age or competence around technology.

Maybe people don't post on here during the game because most are at the match, especially when we are at home.
I am in Sussex several times during the season and used to rely on this forum for updates but in past couple of seasons have used Radio Diamonds. It is easy to access and enjoyable to listen to Adams inane comments about burgers and Pauls obsession with Wolves, not to mention Bruce's transatlantic ramblings, and now we even have Chris with weekly updates on the progress of his baby son .!

Just this season I have realized that Twitter can be accessed even if you don't have an account.
Often on a Saturday I am unable to tune in until midway into the first half, so I go to the clubs twitter account to get the team and find out the latest score before tuning in Radio Diamonds.

When we don't have a midweek match it is great fun following the UCL twitter feed. I suggest you try it this Tuesday when Wisbech drop points to PNS.

In all of the Step 5 leagues we are now joint 2nd in terms of league goals scored this season.

1st - Thurnby Nirvana & Basford United (100)
2nd - Diamonds & Worksop Town (98)

Also, I wonder how many people could correctly guess our top goal scorer so far this season in all competitions. I was quite surprised when I looked it up on the OWS.

Either Tom or Jason I would guess, though doubt they are up to 20 yet.
How many different goal scorers have we had?
