Even if GR continues in daily residence at NP even under the pre-tense of working on Poppies Events Ltd business how can the FA effectively monitor the situation to ensure that he has no influence over the administration and management of the football club?
A challenge for them methinks.

Surely bringing K*ttering out of administration via a CVA was a disqualifying condition and he was no longer a fit & proper person in any case?

He was chairman (which falls within the definition of "Director" in the Fit & Proper Person Regulations) at Weymouth when he took them out of administration via a CVA (an "Insolvency Event" per the Fit & Proper Person Regulations).

He was then "acting chairman" (which must fall within the definition of "Director" in the Fit & Proper Person Regulations) at K*ttering and also took them out of administration via a CVA (a second "Insolvency Event").

These were within five years of each other so he is now subject to a "disqualifying condition" for the F&PP Regs and cannot be a "Director" until at least five years after the first CVA. So he wouldn't be a "fit & proper person" until at least 2015.

If someone else held more than 30% of the shares at Weymouth and more than 30% of the shares at K*ttering when each "Insolvency Event" occurred, they won't be a "fit & proper person" either.

I mention that in case the shares were held by a family member or friend so Rolls could try to say he wasn't a director or shareholder of the company. "Director" for the F&PP Regs is much wider than the Companies House definition.

Ploppies winning 1-0 against Southend Manor... Radio Ploppies commentators sound like muppets, and still believe they'll have a promotion season!!!

One of them sounds like the chavs that frequent their support, Uhh, Duh...

Only wanted to see what the score was, but listening to those two muppets bored me to tears.

Surely they should just be hoping to finish the season, I don't know how they can even consider promotion considering the dire position they're in

Oh dear, only about 150 in attendance. I wonder what the excuses will be? Apathy rules.

150. Wow.

We were taking more than that to away U18 games in the dead of winter last season.

This is apropos of nothing but on Thursday night I had a dream that I went to a fans forum chaired by Liam and Steve Beasant at Nene Park. It was held in an incredibly fancy room with a chandelier (I've never seen the Kimberly Suite so I don't know why this was). I didn't hear anything that was actually said but after they'd finished speaking I went up and punched Liam in the face and broke his nose. They both just went away and then the other fans that were their helped themselves to lots of pictures that were on the walls. I went outside and found out that my Dad had parked in a disabled space outside an IKEA, which weirdly was now next to Nene Park.

Do you think this is a good or bad omen?
