One thing he might have assumed is regarding the maintenance costs. I do wonder if Cousins agreed to maintain the complex rather than hand over all those liabilities like he did with the Beasants. With those costs, plus the utility costs for the site and the rent imposed there was only going to be one outcome.

I like how the person that copied and pasted Jemfy's post was immediately accused of being a Diamonds fan. Obviously cutting and pasting is a bit too hard for them to comprehend. I've noticed that very few of them are able to quote posts correctly either, judging by the way most of them screw up the very simple code on these phpBB fora.

:lol: not sure about that. Hopefully be of some help advice wise the club has good people that will improve things over time. I like the banter used to get enough when i was at nene park 98-2003. Sad whats happened for all over 18 months, but hopefully all will meet again some sunny day :P
