Kurt Robinson just replied to one of my tweets, saying how much he hated seeing KTFC at NP, and that he'd love to come and see Dale's Bar sometime. :)

I kept up-to-date with the goings on at KTFC today via Twitter, and have just been reading their forum. How long can this be allowed to go on? Put simply, what is the point in continuing?

Someone on there hit the nail on the head but it's something that's been said many times before. It is KTFC in name only. KC is surely the only person currently benefitting from KTFC being in existance - assuming of course Sadact is paying him rent.

It would take a lot for me to turn my back on RDFC, but if the situation were reversed and that was us in their situation there is no doubt i'd walk away, for the good of the club and for the love of the club. 215 at a senior game, staff not being paid, players nobody knows, playing in Irthlingborough, there is no way back from here for them. No matter what happens, too much water has passed under the bridge.

Get behind KFC and get behind them now. Forget KTFC. The more people turn up and support KFC this season the better shape they'll be in next season.

To be honest I'm surprised they even managed 200 for today, I just can't believe 200 people willingly paid £12 to Sadact for a qualifying round game against a team many probably haven't even heard of, knowing that they were probably going to lose again. They moan and moan about Sadact and the rest of the pantomime, yet some continue to give him their money, I know its all about the loyalty but it baffles me how some keep going.

Christ, listen to that and try not to feel sorry for their caretaker-manager! I can't believe he would stick around when he was only part-paid for July and not paid for August or September! He was their Head Scout, they must be the only club at their level to have a head scout.

They probably took about £1,800 on the gate today. Concord Rangers won't see a penny of that, so if they're not paying the players then where the F is that money going? It's small beer to millionaire Ladak surely, so why aren't they using it to at least part-pay the players?

Really pains me to say this but you are right. If i went to ktfc games now and paid money i feel like im condoning a club thats insolvent and not paying off its creditors. Your death was bad , ktfc is most painful ever .We have factions active non active. some stick by others (myself included move on) painful.

I know a lot of our fans will dance on KTFC's grave for the gleeful way in which a lot of KTFC fans celebrated our demise, so its a little bit of what comes around etc.

There are factions of the Ploppy support I wouldn't pee on if they were on fire, but I'm also sensible enough to realise there are many who are true football fans who have been dreadfully treated in the same way as we were and even more frustratingly by the same little group of people (plus one of or others).

I can see many Ploppy fans recognise how well we have done these past few months and I think there is some grudging respect for it - we have, with our SRJFC colleagues, got 25 community teams this season, all spreading the AFCR&D message and representing our club in the right way, its not just about the first team, AFCR&D is like a stick of rock, community runs through the heart of it, its the only way forward.

With the right people at the helm KFC, will be a massive success and potentially a real threat in the UCL next year, but the "old" club has to die first. Its been doing that little by little these past few months, I'd urge all K*ttering fans to kill it off for good - then, only then, will we see what the end game is over at Nene Park. Why is it that 2 football clubs have been killed off? What will happen to the land?

May have been one of the last to leave NP this afternoon, but travelled back to Wellingborough via the A45 and past the Dog and Duck. People pouring out of the ground and cars absolutely everywhere in stark contrast to Nene Park and this some 20-30 minutes after our match had finished.

Very Very depressing

Diamonds' game went to extra time, which is why that happened. 518 there, 215 at NP...

Completely agree, Diamonds fans have been very fortunate in comparison, our demise was painful of course but it was pretty quick and we were quick to unite to work towards AFC and apart from the morons who were more attached to NP than the club, had no factions. There'd been uncertainties surrounding the club for years prior to that of course but the reality didn't become crystal clear to us until very near to the end. We were even spared the on the pitch problems like you've had and other crisis clubs have had, I'm very grateful that footballing wise we finished quite positively, 2 good last home games, one where we came back from 2 goals down late on and the final one at NP with a 90th minute winner which was a decent end on the pitch.

As much as I don't like your club and some of its fans, I do have sympathy for the situation with the factions and I find it astonishing and pathetic how some ploppy fans ridiculed the idea of KFC when it realistically is the future of K*ttering football (despite the unfortunate initials ;) ) and I can genuinely say I want to see it do well and manage to get back to K*ttering where it surely will be successful and I can see them having an even bigger fanbase than us tbh. Oh and we could really do with a proper rival down here, Whitworth is just not the same, though I'd find it very difficult to hate a fellow fan/community club even if it is K*ttering.

Is it me or is poppytalk even worse than poppynet, the post on Ken Samuel amazes me, but how come it exists, surely one forum for the club is enough, or is poppytalk another faction
