I know it's not BSP transfer news, but Corby have signed Simon Brown (formerly on loan here) from Eastwood Town. Drury is getting all excited that he's going to score the goals to get them promoted to the Conference, rather optimistic judging by how piss poor he was for us.

The speedy 31-year-old

In all seriousness though, that could be a brilliant signing for Gainsborough. I still think J-Lo was a big factor in us reaching the play offs last season, and if it hadn't been for his last few games where he really looked as though he didn't give a shit, I would have loved him to be here next season.
If he decides he can be bothered to put the effort in every game (which I doubt he will) then he should be quality at that level.

Very true. However, if he couldn't be bothered in the conference play-offs, I can't see him being bothered in the BSN!

He'll carry on dropping down, never being arsed to put in consistent performances at each level. I will never forgive him for not going in for that tackle at Cambridge and his complete no-show at Oxford, especially since I've recently started dreaming about us winning that game again. Twat.

I remember going mental about that tackle or lack-of at the game,

He left under Hill, Hill wanted to keep him but he decided he wouldn't be able to get in the first team and asked to leave.
