I don't agree that tonight was a joke because the phoenix idea was raised and people voiced support, which showed it has support beyond this forum. We all need to pull together to make it happen. We've got plenty of time to do it in, to plan it out and think it through.

Anyone following KTFC at Nene Park will probably need to find somewhere else to watch that football in a few years.
Spot on Arendee, KC is a shrewd businessman and the £££££££'s signs must have been going round in his head the minute he took over Nene Park from the trust. I have thought this for quite sometime and only now is he really beginning to show his true colours and one thing's for certain there not Rushden and Diamonds colours!

And the thing is that come 2015 there won't be any big backlash against demolishing the place. The RDFC fans will have gone, the KTFC fans wouldn't give two hoots. It's only those few that support the stadium who will actually care.

Then let us who support Rushden & Diamonds form the phoenix (I know I'm sounding like a stuck record). That way if the above happens, the soul of the club will still exist. Rushden & Diamonds is not Nene Park.

If it's only them that care about it being demolished then good. I hope they feel as shit as we all do now and then which stadium will they support?

To Dukes or anyone that was there: Was the thing about K*ttering Town having to change their name true or are you trying to wind them up? Seems weird.

It was true. Keith made it clear that it wasn't a case of them just walking in, although they would be allowed a season as K*ttering because they are in the Conference next year as K*ttering.

Basically an MK Dons situation.

the club isn't the ground, what bullsh1t that was. the club is the fans, the ones that care.
what annoys me more than anything is: it'll make all those typical local folk say," i told you so".
