This sucks and with no game next Saturday. Wonder is we could bring the Potton away game forward as they have no fixture, just prevents a bit of a fixture pile up near the end!

If that game can be pulled forward to 23/3 at Potton then that would free up Sat 27/4 and would allow AFC to re-schedule the home game against Whitworths on that day (27/4) as Wellingborough Town don't appear to have a game that Saturday as yet at D & D.

I'm sure Dave will be on the case.

It wouldn't be a bad shout to bring Potton forward if Sileby looks in doubt on Tuesday - it would make McBride (Corinthians depending) available for Oadby.

It would also mean one less game for the fixture secretary to worry about, giving them greater flexibility in rearranging games further.

The short term forecast is spot on. Sunny by lunchtime although a lot of rain expected over the next couple of days. I have been very impressed by the Met Office forecasting over the last 4 months.
