I feel sorry for them. Surely that's the end now.

300 or so there apparently.

Funnily enough, they made the BBC Football live updates page, twice.

Tweet from Northants ET reporter Jon Dunham: "It's all over. Bashley have won 7-0. We have players in tears and the game is up. In my opinion K*ttering Town are dead."

1654:

It's all over for K*ttering, where 304 fans at Nene Park have seen the Poppies hammered 7-0 by Bashley.

They actually made it on their 8 times during the day

There was a rumour that went round Hayden Road today that an old man and his dog were approached walking past NP and they were approached to play but unfortunately the dog said no

Thus the song 7-0 and the dog said no...

That one's for you Jim

Think this post on misery net sums it all up. All the history they used to bang on about and only 300 turn up.

by horace on Sat Oct 06, 2012 10:56 am

I wonder how many will turn up today, possibly our last game ever.
When Darlington were in a similar position well over a 1000 travelled to Barrow and held up kick off due to so many trying to get in, there next 2 home games saw 6000+. what will we get?
If we get less than 1000 today what will it tell us about KTFC and our once held belief that we were a great club?

Never in my wildest dreams did I think things would go this badly for them at Nene Park.

I've enjoyed all the twists and turns of the whole story, but right now I have no problem in saying I feel sorry for them, it really is an absolutely miserable way to end a football club and as I said a few weeks ago, I feel grateful rdfc didn't end in such circumstances. Such a contrast to our position right now.

The K*ttering caretaker manager just said on Radio Northampton that he's never met Imraan Ladak, and that he was given the caretaker job via text message.
