It all depends on who signed the lease and on who's behalf.
If Sadact signed the lease on behalf on KTFC, then the football club is still liable for the next 24 years rent. If he signed it as a personal guarantee then he is likely to end up propping up a fly-over somewhere 8-)

The application will now be looked at by the Secretary of State, which is standard with applications of this size, who will decide if a Government planning inspector should have the final decision on whether to let the development go ahead, or to rubber stamp East Northamptonshire Council’s decision.
Not yet it's not 8-)

I don't understand, how is a hastily put together team made up of some players that weren't even good enough for us in the UCL Division 1 able to compete like they're doing, 0-1 and 1-2 are imo extremely respectable results considering the circumstances, either Alan Doyle is a genius or the SL is shite :?

Good effort from their scratch side. Attendance of 418 is a poor crowd for a Leamington team who are unbeaten and challenging at the top of the Southern League Premier Division.

It is a Tuesday night though to be fair to them, we've seen a drop of about 200 in our midweek attendances and Leamington always seem to have reasonably good crowds for that level

Why do you think these players joined KTFC, for the money Nope, for the chance to be in the Non League spotlight, Yes.
It is a big chance for them to be noticed and prove they are better than others thought, so up the game and put in a greater effort, after a few games the effort would wane.
In some respects KTFC and the players are using each other, if the investors pull out the players had the chance to impress, if the investors stay some of the players will be ditched for other much better players that may even be paid and that will be a novelty at Kettrin.

In fairness, Troy Johnston has played BSP North with Corby so clearly has some ability, it just didn't work out for him here.
