Re: Desperate measures.....
Someone on the Southern League forum has suggested that if K*ttering are still in a CVA and in the relegation zone come May then they'll be effectively relegated 2 divisions into the UCL Premier! This isn't true, is it? I thought the CVA rule only applied to the Conference, rather than a pyramid-wide ruling? It would certainly make next season really interesting!!
R.I.P Dale. We will never forget you.

Re: Desperate measures.....
There are two rules to consider. There is a general FA rule relating to this scenario which now seems to apply across more leagues. The specific rule in the Conference gave them scope to relegate a team right out of their system even if they weren't in the relegation zone in Conference National.Sara Pascoe wrote:Someone on the Southern League forum has suggested that if K*ttering are still in a CVA and in the relegation zone come May then they'll be effectively relegated 2 divisions into the UCL Premier! Report on last night's game from Ploppynet
Nice little set up over at the D & D. clubhouse was friendly, HART No1 went down well on quite a few occasions. Monster burgers were very tasty monsters but it didn't stop Sphericals having 2.
Lee was there to watch the game, we commented at the time that someone was bound to start a rumour.
At last, the first time I've seen us win since January.
Well done lads and thanks for the hospitality from the Doughboys.

Re: Desperate measures.....
I think that is a bit of an over-estimate as the total attendance was only 128. It was more like 30 unless they were so shocked that they scored, they were stunned into silence. ;)ron manager wrote:A massive 50 ploppies fans turned up last night

I wonder if they realised that 50% of their hard earned cash goes into our pockets!!!!!Duke of Wimbourne wrote:Report on last night's game from Ploppynet

It would only mean a points` deduction.Sara Pascoe wrote:Someone on the Southern League forum has suggested that if K*ttering are still in a CVA and in the relegation zone come May then they'll be effectively relegated 2 divisions into the UCL Premier! However, even so, its being a little premature suggesting AFC will be in the Premier next season?!!

A points reduction is going to make no diference to poppies at the end of the day
