Off topic slightly but cannot believe the small crowd at Alfreton v L Orient, A few years ago if minnows were playing a team from League 1 the ground would have been bursting at the seams!. Has the FACup lost it,s flavour ?I believe it has !
Yeah very poor, however you've take into account a few times:
Alfreton's home crowd is usually 500 so it will be a big improvement on that, its a late kick-off and its on TV.
ITV/ESPN do nothing for The FA cup, i thought it was alot better presented on BBC.

I agree, no point in giving the Ploppies the impression that we are obsessed with them.

How much longer can they continue without a takover/investors then, because they're being kept on life support for a hell of a long time here?

They can continue limping on until 13 weeks from the start of their use of another ground, after that they will require a full ground share agreement for a minimun number of years registered with the F.A.
I don't believe a club can have 2 long term registered grounds, so unless there is a takeover, the Lecy is paid or the lease at NP is cancelled they will be unable to fulfill any further fixtures.
Of course the rules may have changed but the above is what i'm led to believe.

K*ttering beat Chesham 3 -1. Who would have predicted that result?

Ex plymouth CEO there, believed to be the person that has made an offer, as long as they stay out of Nene Park, good luck to them.
