Anyone know what Andy Burgess is putting on Twitter about the Ploppies ? Seems he is upsetting a lot of people on there regarding his comments about them  Don,t know how to get on twitter myself cos I am a thicko :!:

He mentions that KTFC fans have infested Nene Park with their presence.

His Twitter is quite forthright - he's been having a real go about Jamie Hand for not apologising to Millsy for "that" tackle - or even showing any remorse. I think it's made worse by the fact he's now playing for Luton.

First tweet: Poppies - great way to remember those who fought for our country. It has nothing to do with f'ball. The #fa need think more about #ineptrefs

Second tweet: And when I say poppies, I don't mean K*ttering fans who have infested Nene Park with their presence..... #shortmemories #enjoylegoland

I liked his tweet on the Rangers game as well 'Thoroughly #unenjoyable night chasing a load of #glaswegians around Steel Park'

Have been following Burge for a while now and I don't care what anyone says about his flaws as a footballer, the guy in my opinion is a true Diamonds legend, his numerous tweets on us over the last 6 months shows that while obviously Luton is his main club, he still obviously cares a lot about the old club and hopefully the new club as well, would love it if we could get him involved with AFC next season

I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility that we could perhaps get him in as a player, perhaps combining it with a coaching role at Corby or something. I'd like to think Hopey will be at Kiln Park next season too whilst on the subject of ex-players.

Anyway, back on track - Come on Sutton!!!

We could just stand Burge in the centre circle all match and let him spray passes around at will 8-)
