I don't know so much. Rotherham are the kind of side that they could screw up against and are still 4pts off the play offs (so I disagree with you on that).

For Stockport the Wobblers are a team they will have to beat (I don't think there's a hope in hell btw) if they want to stay up. It's a six pointer for them and stranger things may happen.

I do believe if they go below the line that morale would collapse.

Does it really matter...?

If we have a club to support next season is my main concern. Hope we are playing the Poppies next year...if we both survive.

Technically it does. Unless they drastically drop prices, they'll be charging £19 for Conference football next year. People, especially neutrals, are going to vote with their feet. I believe that if we can get things right on and off the pitch that we could attract some (admittedly some) of those neutrals.

When we were going for the playoffs last season, I don't think it helped us when the Wobblers were going for the League 2 playoffs as well. Now there isn't anything to say that they might push for promotion next season if in the Conference, but it is unlikely.

There's also the sparking of local interest in the area. All three teams in the same league would be a fantastic prospect from a neutral's perspective.

Whilst what I've said above is debatable, if anything it's a nice little distraction when we need to take our minds off the current situation. ;)

Agreed.

What a huge game. Had no idea this was on - may have actually gone in the Rotherham end haha! In all seriousness, if it comes to the last game is anyone else feeling either going to Barnets game as a Barnets fan or Cobblers game as an opponents fan?! I'd certainly be up for it.

If there's any possibility of them going down at their last home game (30th vs. Stevenage) then I'm up for it!
