You might want to steer clear of the ET tomorrow too - they are running a story on the decommissioning of Nene Park as a credible football stadium, looking back at the time it hosted league football.

Not to mention the fact that it doesn't really make sense? The ground is still going to be in use, and unless i'm mistaken that means that it hasn't be decommissioned.

Sorry - I was a bit too subtle with my sarcasm / irony there. I spoke to the journalist today - it's in response to the Diamonds signs being removed and she wanted Diamonds fans' reactions to seeing that happen.

shame they couldn't have been a bit more bothered when we were playing football there. still, we all know they like to focus on the negative.
