Gigantic slope!

Good win, easy really, apart from giving them a goal head-start. Loved Alfie going round the keeper, very composed. Great day, really enjoyed it. Shame there wasn't that many away fans though, I'll put it down to football fatigue. Great performance from Dev, I think a front three of Dev, Newman and Alfie would see us score 7 or 8. :D

That's where we ended up going for pre-match food - The Thornhill Arms, and very nice it was too.

Oh and quite a slope as well
Attendance was 353 according to the girl on the gate. That's unofficial of course, but meant I won our guess the attendance bet from before the game with my guess of 350 :-)

Is that 10 in 7 for Alfie? Could be looking at 40+ if he keeps it up

Great win

It will be interesting to see what happens attendance wise throughout the season now the initial excitement (and nice weather!) of the first few senior games is over, last year they started very well, 400 average home crowd and 200 away but as the season went on crowds did drop a bit down to about average 250 home and 100/150 away for league games. Hopefully if we can keep winning and stay in contention at the top of the table then attendances shouldn't drop too much like that, the winter may keep some away but if there's a chance of promotion or we're doing well in the Vase then people should keep coming back to home and away games.

So out of the 350 what's the estimate on the away fan numbers?
