I like American football and always enjoy staying up to watch the super bowl just for spectacle if anything, but I still find the 'special teams' that come on just for a kick a bizarre and the fact that one guy's only job is just to kick the ball straight :lol:

Though I have to say 'the sporting equivalent of trench warfare' is a very good description of american football :lol:

I never kick a ball...........I played both ways..........oooer missus, both on Offense and Defence, I enjoyed defence more, because to could knock ten bales out of the opposition 8-)

Oh and any one who slacks off American football only does so because it is beyond their comprehension as you need to be fairly intellegent to understand it :mrgreen:
