For some reason, FM10 didn't really grow on me. Played the demo, but still prefer FM08.

Exactly the same! I think it was all the extra interviews and stuff that started getting on my nerves.

I think thats why u have the option to set your assistant manager to do them all
I've never started as low as BSN or BSS but BSP is a good starting place, with a good team you can cruise into the league 1 but will have trouble getting any further because the teams seem to have a rocket booster shoved up their ass. Currently Ipswich and got them promoted into Prem after first season, now 10th in the league after 10 games ( have players such as Hugo Viana, Rivaldo and Riquelme too all on free's..)
2 players to look out for is Levan Mchedlidze and Welliton. I siged Mchedlidze on a free when he was worth 500k from Regina or some italian team, and now hes worth 2.5m and still rising as hes only just turned 20.... and Welliton is a beast, mate signed him on the network game for just under 2m, and when he joined him, after about 2-3 games his price shot up to 16m... and currently has 10 in 14 and a few assists too.

Beat this:
2023-24 season playing in the Simeon Jackson Arena (28649 capacity)! Won premier league 3 times, Champions League winners once and finalists 3 years in a row.
Most of my team are not real, but Darnel Situ, Vaclav Kadlec, and especially Dudu are real- Dudu is now the all time record appearance maker with 421 apperances

Me and my mates on virtual games use the Editor, not gonna lie, it makes things a lot more fun/fair considering we are all minted and we will all be at the top competing against each other!

Does anyone else do that thing where you take over some random premier league team, like Sunderland, and spend as much as you can on Rushden players to make us rich. I bought wolleaston for ten million
