Im not even trying to be funny, but.......how many times has that happened. I mean that we shouldve won and right near the end.....we let them in. :(
Not that often this season i woudl suggest. A little frustrating that we could have had 4 points more in recent games, but if this is our blip, i would much prefer it to the one suffered by York Mansfield and Oxford!! We are still reasonably safe for now in the play off positions, and if we can bounce back on Saturday, our destiny will be very much of our own making!

Good point, now move on and secure our play-off spot on Saturday with a win. Oh and I hope Turley and Constable die on their way back to Oxford, wankers.

Yes, i agree with what you said, but im just gutted we drew and to be honest Poxford scored twice in this game.....i know its not happened too many times, so my comment was a bit rash, and yes we are in a good postion, but cant help thinking weve got it in us to be nearer the top but somethings not working for us its like we are not consistent or something? I dont know, i just was so looking forward to a win for us at home......

IMO i think Constable is a disgrace as a player..whoever he plays for...hes got no great skills but is very good at fouling and getting away with it and whinging to the ref, of course...Turley is of the same kind of "player".....i dont rate either of them. They look like they should play for a sunday pub team....

Looked like an own goal from where I was standing.
We gifted them their goal.... also at Half time Turley was out training, and he responded to our anti-turley chants, seemed to really rile him!!!

They can't be expected to win every game, up until the mix up at the back, we looked good value for our lead, I would have taken a draw befor the game to be honest.

Decent performance overall. We lack a quality striker though, simple as that.
Special mention to Byrne and Farrell who were both quality tonight.

This. I also thought Tomlin was good. Too good at times, making the right passes regardless of if the runner was there or not (and if they were, it was Byrne every single time - the only player who seems to expect the quality balls Tomlin puts through), it's a lose lose situation though because if you look up and they are there then it's too late to put the ball through, if you put it through and they aren't you've lost posession in a good position cheaply. It's those rare moments when it comes off. Get O'Connor watching the videos of Tommo's through balls for the sort of run he should be making, he's the pace of the front line, time to start learning to use it more.
We look a goalscorer short of a top side.

Agreed Jemfy.
I don't think O'Connor has it in him personally. Admittedly he is in a poor run of form at the moment but for a man with his pace he doesn't take a player on enough.
Part of me thinks we should be looking for a striker in on loan before tomorrow nights deadline rather than a defender, but perhaps any loan signing we make now won't be up for the battle.
On a different note, it was 100% an own goal, i was sat right behind it. Great shot from Farrell though, the wall was totally useless.
