Ricky I don't know you or whether you are already a volunteer and I am not intending to be critical of you personally. If you think you can help contact Joseph (a young man not a kid) then volunteer to join the media team. We really struggle at times to cover Radio Diamonds, We only fail to provide this service on average once a season. Ollie even travels down from N Lincolnshire. Our other activities are AFCTV, match reports for OWS and Non League Paper, programme articles, forthcoming match articles, Public Address Announcer(in my absence Joseph has even stepped into that role). More help is always welcome.

Sussex . I don't think your being critical of me mate. I'm just offering up an opinion that's all just like your good self.Didn't mean to cause any offence by referring to Joseph as a kid (there all kids compared to me). I think he does a fantastic job with all his volunteering, commentary and blogs. I'm also sure the more experienced he gets the more comfortable he will become and then may feel he can ask the difficult questions. Perhaps my comments about more probing/difficult questioning could be considered by the media team for future interviews?

I ain’t sure I understand the reasoning for keeping Andy on to be honest. I think and repeat again that he has been a great servant for the club but the relationship is too friendly. We have said as fans let’s give him a chance this season, and now going into a string of hard away ties then I can see us being in the bottom three by Christmas.

There is certainly issues going on off the pitch without a doubt, the fans can feel it in the air. Conversation travels fast within the ground. I don’t expect it to be aired on a public forum but something isn’t right. Tom Lorraine sitting in the rain the other night? I echo the thoughts on the subs yesterday and it was baffling. We need a manager who will change a formation for the better, and against 10 men for half hour should have gained the three points IMO but nobody seemed like they wanted it.
We now go to Stratford and Matlock next week, tomorrow will be tough and it will probably be a miserable journey home next Saturday because the team just don’t seem to care in cup competitions anymore. Dreading the K*ttering match in November.

The team just don’t seem to be up for it at the moment, but from every angle different opinions and instructions are fired out.. Andy, Neil Champs and the other bloke (unsure of his name) but the they don’t know whether they’re coming or going, been or went. Mmmm

I couldn’t care less whether we finish in the bottom half, to be honest that’s where we should be currently. But what fans want is an entertaining game, a bit of effort and a few points on the board. The club need to realise that attendances are dropping because of this and the performance and spirit stems from management. Revenue is vital and some people consider relegation an option? The interviews afterwards are so depressing, let’s face it they hardly want to speak afterwards do they?

The most encouraging point in Peaks interview was that Lorrell Smith should be back soon.

only marginally better than ravi imo very hit or miss and you never know if hes available.i know slinny was off form,but hes the kind of player that slowed the game down and passed the ball,maybe a time to return ,as the midfield is headless chicken central..
bozzer ,i dont get your point by posting a list of managers and clubs,,,,these are all ,mostly run by money men,and can take the risk for a few more games,our fans are our revenue,if they dont come to the games,income for the club suffers,while im on, do the board still pay to get into games??,ive also noticed some people in front of me at the gate dont pay,stating"im with such n such player" .we are not chelsea,,,,they should ,in my eyes make a donation or pay a fiver at least
i feel the "give him a chance "chant is wearing thing,,,,is this because there is no-one out there we can get in!!!

Both Slinn and Smith have been ill and /or had personal problems this season. Fully fit both would make quite a difference.
