Why should Cousins do anything, yes the rental income would be missed but he still could try to get some interest in using it as a sports training facility and he has the land which is still a valuable asset and could just sit on it until the ecomony improves.

Agreed - and Cousins or one of his Property Developer friends will also have much stronger grounds for appeal against the sporting covenants on Nene Park when the time comes. Being able to say that two football clubs have failed to make Nene Park into a going concern will help the decision makers allow development of the whole site.

Was speaking to someone who knows one of the fathers of one of the kids who plays for Ketterings youth team, apparently K*ttering aren't doing very well financially, not really a reliable source though... but you know what they say #karma.

Also interesting to see the attendance 1'532, I believe only one of Ketterings games at Nene Park has beaten that, and that was when they gave tickets away for free!!

I think that one will be on TV. Along with Totton V Bristol Rovers.

Does anyone know anything about Totton by the way? Are they throwing money at it? They're steaming through the leagues and that was a great result yesterday. They've got a lad called Michael Gosney in midfield who Championship clubs are looking at.

it would appear they are throwing money at it because on their website they have a new stadium and they are desperately trying to get people to use it facilities..
